Beluga Apartments is located in a safe neighborhood, even at night, so you can relax and enjoy your stay. For extra peace of mind, our property is fully fenced and equipped with an electric gate

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Free cancellation up to 14 days before the arrival date.

• 50% cancellation fee for cancellations made 13 to 7 days before the arrival date.

• 100% cancellation fee for cancellations made 6 days or less before the arrival date, or in case of a no-show.

Any deposits paid will be refunded within 7 days if the cancellation is made within the free cancellation period.

To confirm your booking at Beluga Apartments, a prepayment of 50% of the total stay is required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance is due upon arrival.

Prepayments can be made securely via our online payment link (sent to you after booking) or by bank transfer.

If your reservation is canceled within the free cancellation period, your prepayment will be refunded in full within 7 days.
